Progility works with each of its customers to build a bespoke reporting template or portal so they can keep up to date. Information is delivered in a transparent and informative manner with any changes to delivery times or availability notified as they arise. A customer’s reporting template or portal can be updated if required.

Progility only sources OEM parts (unless otherwise specified) and, by having a presence in the time zone of the OEMs, customers are guaranteed up-to-date information and availability including same-day shipping if the goods are in stock. Having operations in the same time zone also reduces the response time to any technical clarifications or queries customers may have.
