Through Progility’s global network of offices, agents, and partners, we have the ability to buy as close to the point of manufacture as possible. This often results in greatly reduced pricing as other companies typically apply a mark-up for the Australian market due to their policy of enforcing regional pricing mechanisms.

Progility works with each of its customers to build a bespoke reporting template or portal so they can keep up to date. Information is delivered in a transparent and informative manner with any changes to delivery times or availability notified as they arise. A customer’s reporting template or portal can be updated if required.
Minimise Risk

Progility customers can minimise their risk by utilising one or more of the following methods:
- On an order by order basis
- Through a “one vendor” mechanism where Progility manages a category of vendors
- Utilisation of a price book or fixed contract agreement
- By accessing “economies of scale” via Progility’s global insurance policies.

Progility only sources OEM parts (unless otherwise specified) and, by having a presence in the time zone of the OEMs, customers are guaranteed up-to-date information and availability including same-day shipping if the goods are in stock. Having operations in the same time zone also reduces the response time to any technical clarifications or queries customers may have.
